Yin Yoga

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a therapeutic technique that involves using massage balls to apply pressure and massage specific areas of the fascia, which is the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and organs in the body. This technique releases tension, improves flexibility, and can alleviate muscle pain and discomfort.
